Refund Policy

Welcome to the Glowya Refund Policy. This policy explains our stance on refunds for subscriptions and credits purchased on the Glowya platform.

1. General Rule: No Refunds

Glowya provides AI-powered media generation services. The process of generating images and videos utilizing advanced AI models requires immense computational power (GPUs) and incurs significant, immediate costs to us.

Therefore, all purchases of subscriptions and credits are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated in this policy.

2. Exception: EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you typically have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, by completing your purchase and beginning to use the Service (i.e., generating any content using your subscription credits), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

We will only grant a refund under the EU/UK Right of Withdrawal if:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of the initial purchase; AND
  • You have NOT used any credits or generated any content using the purchased subscription.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation means your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your purchased credits and subscription benefits until the current billing period expires.

To cancel a Web subscription, please navigate to your Account Settings on the Glowya website. To cancel an iOS subscription, you must manage it through your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Disputed Charges and Fraud

If you believe you have been charged in error or suspect fraudulent activity on your account, please contact us immediately before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We will investigate the issue and process a refund if the charge was indeed unauthorized or the result of a technical error on our part.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team at support@glowya.ai.

Please include your account email address, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to review all requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank and our Merchant of Record.
