Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy and Payment Terms ("Policy") governs your purchase and use of subscription-based features and credit/point-based services across the Glowya platform, including our Web application and iOS mobile app ("we," "us," or "our").
Digital Delivery Policy
All Glowya subscriptions, VIP memberships, and point-based purchases are digital products. Access to your premium features and credits is delivered instantly to your account upon successful confirmation of payment. No physical goods will be shipped.
1. Points and Redemption
Certain services within the app require redemption of points. The specific rules for earning and redeeming points are displayed in-app at the time of purchase.
Points Validity
- Points are valid only during their designated validity period.
- After expiration, any unused points will be automatically reset to zero and cannot be reinstated.
2. Subscription Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to Glowya VIP Membership, you agree to the following:
a. Access to Premium Features
VIP Members receive access to advanced tools, content, and materials, which are updated regularly and included as part of your subscription at no additional cost.
b. Subscription Plans
Glowya VIP Membership is available as weekly, monthly, or annual subscriptions. The applicable billing rate depends on the plan you select.
c. Free Trial
- If you start a free trial, you acknowledge and agree that the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis (depending on your selection) after the trial ends, unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
- Once you cancel your trial, you will immediately lose access to the app and all subscription privileges.
- Under Apple's terms, you can only redeem a free trial once.
d. Auto-Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
e. Cancellation and Refunds
iOS Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. For instructions on how to cancel or request a refund for iOS purchases, please visit Apple Support or contact Apple directly.
Web Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on the Glowya website. Due to the high cost of AI generation, we maintain a strict refund policy for Web purchases. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
f. Platform Account Linking
Glowya accounts are synchronized across platforms. Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or via our Web platform provide benefits and credits that can be used across both iOS and Web. However, the billing relationship is tied to the platform where you originally purchased the subscription. You cannot cancel or manage a Web subscription from the Apple App Store, nor can you manage an iOS subscription from the Web billing portal.

If you have questions or concerns about your VIP Membership or points redemption, please contact our support team via the "Customer Service" option in the app. We will respond as soon as possible to assist you.
4. Important Notices
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the App Store's refund policies.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any subscription plan, features, or point programs at our discretion, with or without prior notice. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect the current billing period.
By purchasing a subscription or redeeming points, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Policy and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
